the busiest weekend ever

Friday

On Friday and Saturday, I volunteered at the Children's Health Connection in Ogden. It is a program that allows parents whose children are uninsured to get physicals, immunizations, vision checks, and FREE haircuts! So I was there for 10 hours on friday, and 10 hours on Saturday...in an un air conditioned middle school, JAM packed with people. It was great to help out, but it was miserable at times. I was going to take pictures, but I didn't really care to remember that. I did 50 haircutes.

Saturday
On Saturday was my friend Taylor's 20th birthday so all of my friends got together to celebrate. Sadly enough, I have no pictures with her, but I do have quite a few others. We went to the park. I'm covered in mosquito bites!

Sunday

Sunday is was my lovely parents 25th wedding anniversary! It was a really fun day. We watched their wedding video and had dinner. My moms hair was almost as scary as Kirk's.

I love Sundays because I get to see my cute family! Ellie is gorgeous.

Today I took an advancement class at my school. It was extensions. Jordan was my lovely model.

New Page

So...these last few weeks have been rather difficult and I haven't been in the mood to post anything to my blog. I apologize to all my readers. Especially Cam.

I'm a firm believer that God answers prayers. He may take his time, and it may be difficult having faith, but he does answer. I've been wanting and hoping for a new friend lately. Someone to take my mind off things and to keep me entertained. I've been spending more time lately with my friend Emily. She is such a cute, fun girl. My first friend in a long time that I actually have a lot in common with. Definitely an answer to a prayer.
