You Need a Haircut

I thought it would be a good idea to post a blog about hair, since it has basically taken over my life. I'm working on my portfolio right now. Here are a few masterpieces, if you will, that I have created.

This is my friend Brian. I was bored one day and we decided that he needed to cut and color his hair. He got a job with Redken for Men shortly after this photo was published. Just kidding. But I can dream right?

It seems that everyone wants a ducktale these days. Maybe it's because they're so hot right now, or maybe it's because they want to solve a mystery, or re-write history. Kudos to anyone who got my joke. haha

I'm personally a big fan of the shaggy long hair-do. They're so incredibly fun to cut. So hot!

This cut was extremely fun to do. It's such a trendy style, and I love designing with a razor. Color has always been my favorite part of doing hair. I know it scares some people to death because it's not always predictable, but I love it.

This is Jessica, one of my best friends ever. I love doing her hair because she always lets me do whatever I want. Her hair pulls this amazing color when it is lightened. She is the best client ever.

First Blog Ever.

So...I've been debating for some time now whether or not I should create my own blog. I don't have kids, I'm not getting married, and I don't lead a terribly exciting life. I wondered if anyone would read it. BUT, tonight at Ellie's birthday party, Jessie said she would. So, here I am. I am still trying to figure out how this site works. I've been on myspace for a few years now, and I used to LOVE it, but it's just lame now. More like drama space. Anyway, more to come later I'm sure!
